ABOUT
Founded in 2020, IUM is an industrial design studio that develops products with a design-centric approach. We provide a comprehensive design service covering all stages from idea planning to pre-launch, including design research and development (R&D) activities. Rather than merely focusing on aesthetic appearances, we research the direction that allows a product to truly serve its purpose for consumers and derive the optimal results. For us, design is a method of thinking and communicating, as well as a way to grasp the essence of things. We aim to create innovative design synergies by collaborating with experts from various fields.
2020년 시작된 IUM은 디자인을 중심으로 제품을 개발하는 산업디자인 스튜디오입니다. 디자인 연구개발(R&D) 활동을 포함하여, 아이디어 기획부터 제품 출시전까지 전 과정에 걸친 전문적인 디자인 서비스를 제공합니다. 겉모습만 아름답게 꾸미는 것이 아닌, 하나의 제품이 소비자에게 제대로 된 쓰임이 될 수 있는 방향을 연구하고 최적의 결과를 도출합니다. 우리에게 디자인은 생각하고 소통하는 방법이자 사물의 본질을 파악하는 것입니다. 다양한 분야의 전문가들과 협력하여 혁신적인 디자인의 시너지를 만들어가고자 합니다.
